pakgam Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pakgam" means the online gaming platform operated at pakgam.pro, including all associated services, products, software, and content made available to registered members.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the licensed operator of the pakgam platform and its authorised representatives.
• "You", "Player", "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account on pakgam or who accesses the platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a player upon successful registration on the pakgam platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's pakgam account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit amounts credited to an account under a pakgam promotional offer.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-money bet placed on any sports, casino, or slot product available on the pakgam platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of wagers that must be placed before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the primary transactional currency of the pakgam platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and documentation checks required by pakgam prior to processing withdrawals and in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the pakgam platform is restricted by applicable law or by pakgam policy.
• "Services" means collectively all betting, gaming, casino, promotional, and account services provided through the pakgam platform.

By registering an account on pakgam, accessing any part of the pakgam platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. pakgam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the pakgam platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. pakgam conducts age verification checks at registration and reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all wagers will be voided, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment source where feasible.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The pakgam platform is intended for use by eligible players accessing the service from permitted jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the pakgam platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pakgam does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To open a pakgam account you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age;
2. Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested during the registration process;
3. Hold a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address for account verification purposes;
4. Not already hold an existing pakgam account, either individually or jointly;
5. Not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
6. Not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement active on any regulated gaming platform.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on pakgam. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts. Balances across duplicate accounts are subject to review and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

4.1 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your pakgam account is accurate and up to date at all times. pakgam may require you to update your information as a condition of continued account access, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pakgam login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pakgam will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access arises from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pakgam support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 KYC Verification

pakgam is required to conduct identity verification checks in accordance with its regulatory obligations. You may be required to submit documentation including, but not limited to, a valid national identity card, passport, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. pakgam reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of verification checks.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your pakgam account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pakgam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion charges are applied by pakgam.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. pakgam does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the account may be subject to review. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the pakgam cashier section at the time of deposit.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

1. Your pakgam account must have completed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal;
2. All applicable wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds must be satisfied before associated winnings can be withdrawn;
3. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name that matches your pakgam account details;
4. pakgam reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal;
5. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.

5.4 Processing Times

pakgam aims to process verified withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets promptly. Processing times for bank transfers are subject to standard interbank clearing periods. pakgam is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

pakgam offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for the promotion; unmet requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings upon expiry.

6.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the pakgam platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages for each game category are set out in the individual promotion terms. Sports betting wagers typically contribute at a different rate to casino or slot wagers.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

pakgam reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or any other conduct that pakgam determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute manipulation of promotional terms.

6.4 General Bonus Conditions

1. Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and may be claimed once per eligible account;
2. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering conditions;
3. pakgam reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
4. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of pakgam's compliance team is final.

All sports betting, casino, and slot activity on the pakgam platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, as published within the relevant section of the platform. The following general provisions apply across all pakgam gaming products.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A wager is only considered accepted when pakgam confirms the bet and it appears in your transaction history. pakgam reserves the right to refuse any wager at its absolute discretion, including where system errors, pricing discrepancies, or unusual betting patterns are detected. No wager is binding until confirmed by pakgam's systems.

7.2 Results and Settlements

Sports betting results are settled according to official result sources as determined by pakgam. In the event of a discrepancy between live score data displayed on the platform and the official result, the official result shall prevail for settlement purposes. Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems, the integrity of which is verified by independent auditors.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, game malfunction, or system failure — pakgam reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to players. pakgam will not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Collusion and Match Fixing

Any player found to have engaged in collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with wagers placed on pakgam will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where applicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pakgam platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

1. Registering more than one account, or assisting another individual to register multiple accounts;
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
3. Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or knowingly assisting a minor in accessing the platform;
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place wagers or interact with the platform;
5. Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
6. Engaging in money laundering, using the platform to process funds derived from criminal activity, or structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds;
7. Engaging in collusion, match fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate outcomes;
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing pakgam staff or other platform users;
9. Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool;
10. Any other conduct that pakgam reasonably determines to be contrary to the integrity of the platform or its users.

pakgam is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing its members with the tools and information necessary to make informed choices about their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all pakgam account holders.

9.1 Self-Exclusion

Any pakgam member may request a self-exclusion at any time, for a period of their choosing, by contacting the support team or through the account settings panel. Self-exclusions take effect immediately. During an active self-exclusion period, the member will be unable to access their pakgam account, log in, or place wagers. pakgam will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration during an active exclusion period.

9.2 Deposit and Loss Limits

Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect, in order to provide members with an opportunity to reconsider. pakgam staff will never encourage a member to increase their limits.

9.3 Reality Checks and Session Controls

Members may activate session time reminders that display on-screen notifications after a defined period of continuous play. Members may also set session time limits that automatically log them out of the platform after a specified duration.

9.4 Support and Resources

If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, pakgam encourages you to seek support. Full details of available responsible gaming tools, as well as information on external support resources, are available on our Responsible Gaming page. pakgam support staff are trained to assist members who raise concerns about their gambling behaviour and to direct them to appropriate resources.

All content on the pakgam platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game content, and interface components, is the intellectual property of pakgam or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any pakgam intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any content from the pakgam platform without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of pakgam intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakgam's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pakgam shall not be liable for:

1. Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity;
2. Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or failures in the platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events;
3. Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security;
4. Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain errors;
5. The conduct of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers integrated into the pakgam platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits pakgam's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by pakgam is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of your agreement with us and should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions. By registering on pakgam, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key privacy commitments include: we collect only the data necessary to operate your account and comply with our regulatory obligations; we do not sell your personal data to third parties; we implement technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold; and you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakgam holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from your use of the pakgam platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the relevant licensing authority.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies designated by the applicable regulatory framework for the resolution of any disputes arising in connection with your use of the pakgam platform.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

pakgam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pakgam will provide reasonable advance notice to registered members via email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of the pakgam platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the pakgam platform and may close your account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 4.4. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available at pakgam.pro/terms-conditions and is identified by the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing and will receive a documented response within five (5) business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory dispute resolution body as described in Section 13.
